Sign up on the marketing site and land in your Lanlord workspace with the right plan.

New operators creating their first Lanlord organization.
Before you start
- Use the marketing site Onboarding flow (
/onboarding) — it creates your landlord account and workspace. - Have your portfolio size and current tools ready (optional).
Steps
- Open Onboarding on the Lanlord website and complete the signup form.
- Choose a plan (Basic, Pro, or AI+).
- Review the website onboarding workspace summary.
- Use Open Lanlord to hand off into the web app at
/settings. - Confirm workspace name and billing email under Settings → Workspace.
What happens next
You can invite teammates, import data, or add properties manually.
