Invite team members and roles
Add property managers, bookkeepers, and workers with role-based access.

Workspace owners and property managers who need shared access.
Steps
- Open Settings → Team (
/settings/users). - Click Invite user and enter their email.
- Select a role: Owner, Property Manager, Bookkeeper, or Worker.
- Send the invite — they accept via email and land in your workspace.
Role notes

| Owner | Full workspace control including billing |
