Tenants with portal access can view lease summary, pay rent (when enabled), submit maintenance requests with photos, message your team, and open shared documents.
Native mobile app parity
The Lanlord app (com.lanlord.app) mirrors the tenant portal for on-the-go self-service:

Tenants can install from Google Play / App Store when your org is on the native beta, or continue using the PWA at app.lanlord.app.
Steps
- Ensure tenant email is correct on People → Tenants.
- Send portal invite or share login instructions per your workflow.
- Tenants open
/tenantwith their credentials.
