Pre-release checklist for testing the Lanlord mobile app on iPhone and Android.
Run on one iPhone + one Android before Play Store / TestFlight production promotion.
Setup
- Install from internal track, TestFlight, or
eas build --profile preview - Point app at staging or production API via
EXPO_PUBLIC_API_BASE_URL - Register OAuth redirect
