Lease renewals, move-out, and end dates

Renewals

1. Open the lease before expiration.
2. Update rent, dates, or create a renewal lease per your workflow.
3. Confirm charges reflect the new term.

Move-out

1. Set move-out date and complete move-out checklist items on the lease or property.
2. End or expire the lease — unit becomes vacant.
3. Re-list via Publish a rental listing if needed.
