Delinquency tracking and rent reminders

Steps

1. Open Today → Control center for delinquent queue items.
2. Cross-check Financials → Rent & collections — filter or sort by balance status.
3. Open the lease to review charge history and post payments when received.
4. Configure late fee and notice rules under Settings where enabled for your workspace.

Tips

• Collection rate appears on Today → Insights.
• Ask Kai: "Who is delinquent this month?"
